One relaively quiet Sunday night, an attendant at a WalMart gas station called and said a guy putting gas in a 15 passenger daycare van (stolen) was acting strange. An officer got behind him as he headed back into town and lit him up. The chase was on.
This genius turns on Country Club drive and runs it out to where it deadends into the golf course. He flies across the course jumping the greens until the front end caves in and the van just quits. I pull up and jump out and see my friend tackling him across a fairway.
We were quite familiar with this guy, having dealt with him many times. He talked with a lisp pretty bad. The paramedics showed up because he was complaining of neck pain. The girl asked him "Brian, what hurts?" My neck. "Can you tell me what happened? " My head hit the dathboard about theventeen times.
Me and my friend fell out laughing. Yall have a mighty fine weekend.
