If you aren't pulling a van on the interstate every day and delivering at a sterile distribution facility, dust is a constant enemy. Anything open deck, tank or whatever else, you often leave the nice clean roads for dusty yards and back roads.

Our terminal yard is a pit of limestone dust when it's dry, and mud when it's wet. The only break from dust we get is in the winter when it's a sheet of ice. Lol.

Napoleon, OH at the Fuel King. Looks like it used to be a TA.

Restaurant inside called Adams. Pretty good. Beats the Iron Skillet for sure. Good as it was I kinda wish I'd ordered a steak instead of a hamburger. IMG_20180916_143928.jpg

Is that a cabbage borscht? My wife makes one that looks almost exactly the same.

She called it cabbage soup...no beets in it at all...more like a vegetable soup with cabbage. I could have had another couple bowls of that and called it a meal and been satisfied, it was danm good.

Yep, it was a TA. Then some Indian guy bought it, had it for a while and now Fuel King for the last couple years or so.

    You're up in my territory.

I saw that somewhere else, just shook my head and kept scrolling. Apparently pride in your ride and a good impression on your customers is a lost way of doing business for some.
To those who dress like a professional, keep their equipment clean and take pride in their work and themselves, my hat's off to you!!!
