Lol, I don't think most of these people can afford to spend the time or a Lawyer to do that. -
Probably strongly discouraged in doing so.

x1Heavy Thanks this.

If the United States Supreme Court Rules in our Favor (ALL Transportation Workers) Many Someones (Half currently out of business entirely) will have to pay me. (Multiply by all drivers and lease AND O\O's ever hired)
I don't think that pay me part is going to work so well. They keep meticious records to the penny what I owe them and negative or $0.00 (Thank you FFE...) paychecks, but cannot know what gross wages earned to pay me at all... or better yet charge me.) God forbid I ever borrow a penny from FFE... They would make it $0.01 payable to them by friday.
And Im sorry I never knew about that Abritation Clause at the Federal Level. The back room or the back trailer row with a touch of workplace violence carefully applied just is my settlement process. -
Probably strongly discouraged in doing so. It’s most likely the same sales tactics used by time share sales people.
buddyd157 Thanks this. -
We expect 18 year olds fresh out of high school to sign on the dotted line and fulfill that contract even if it means dying in the field of battle thousands of miles away from home yet we are supposed to feel simpathy for a grown adult who blindly signed up for lease purchase agreement. Sorry, not sorry.
VolvoTerry, x1Heavy, buddyd157 and 1 other person Thank this. -
Who is more greedy? The company who promised riches and wealth if you just sign on the dotted line or the person who, without a second thought, signed on the dotted line because of a promise of riches and wealth?
x1Heavy, buddyd157, skellr and 1 other person Thank this. -
Moma never told them life wasn't fair I suppose. You would know something isn't right if you were paying attention.x1Heavy Thanks this. -
For what is worth, I worked at prime as a company driver, truck did 67 and I ran with it pegged and cruise set, still got a fuel bonus, made mid 60's before I started to train, then mid 80's, this was 10 years ago. Now back then the trainee made $600 a week salary before taxes, never heard one compliant from a trainee on the money side or how they were treated at prime. just an outside opinion, worked there 2 years and left for greener pastures.
NoBigHurry and x1Heavy Thank this.
