A hip burger joint where they make burgers more confusing than they need to be

Trying to be open minded and just try it. Bunch of craft beers so we will see...

 

It's kind of like when all the emissions standards for cars started. The manufacturers didn't know what to do. EGRs vacuum lines running everywhere trying to get them burning cleaner. Nobody knew what 1/2 those vacuum lines were for. It took a good while but they seemed to get it figured. I guess we'll have to wait and see for big trucks.

True but man it’s been 15 years since the first EGR’s on the big diesels. 11-12 years on the exhaust filters. I just figured they’d have it figured out by now.

Bunch of craft beers so I’m exploring a little bit.

It’s a specialty burger joint so... “cheese burger with fries” and she stares at you. She forced me into having the burger of the month — “the Belize” — mango habanero salsa, tortilla strips, ghost pepper jack cheese, lettuce, sour cream, and their USDA beef patty cooked to your liking. Side of Mexican tots.

I will say... wasn’t half bad. The price is a little much.

You go with a group of guys and try something different and have a few local beers and it’s all good.

 

I was blown away when I realized how many iterations of the DD15 there are... they update and tweak these things every year.
