The last one built in Kelowna. I remember driving past the plant a few times as a kid and I was just awestruck by all those shiny new trucks waiting for pickup outside the factory. My dad actually got a factory tour back in the early 90's.

I hauled a couple loads of pierced frame rails to Kelowna near the end of the run.

OK I do not mean to hijack this thread, but... Right now I am in Illinois and have a blanket permit, and a five axle combo as follows: Freightliner FLD with Cat C12 and 10 speed, and a Trailking TK60MG (also a all-steel stepdeck).

Based on this, I am allowed to gross up to 100,000 lbs.

However, a SIX AXLE combo would allow me to gross up to 120,000 lbs. So I am wondering what three axle trailer would you recommend. I rarely go out of state.

I have no room to add a pusher axle... Otherwise I really like your idea as it is the easiest...

Or a lift axle to the trailer. In front of tandem.

You can only gross 100,000 in Illinois on 5 axles?

    SAR and Razororange Thank this.

No room for that on the RGN either. I have some room on the step deck though. I know that the RGN is only good for 30 tons, and I really should not try to haul more on it.

    Oldironfan Thanks this.
