I mainly use Atlantic Coast Communication off exit 296 on I-75 Cartersville Ga. The draw back is inventory is limited, and only 1 guy works 4 days then another guy the next 4 days. Both guys are great, but may have to wait a few for them to finish who is ahead of you. They also have a shop off exit 12 on I-285 Atlanta Ga.
My next go to is off exit 299 on I-65 Dodge City Al. They have lots and lots of inventory, prices are ok, 3-4 people working, but only 5-6 days a week. I am not as confident in the experience, and know how as my main go to shop.
The shop I won't go back to is off exit 201 on I-75 in Jackson Ga. Talked to the old man and one of his half drunk son. I think the old man is past his prime and the son may have just got out of prison (not sure). I think I may have more inventory than this shop does.stacks Thanks this. -

she was really good, she'd "tune the radios" for free, (if you wanted her to) since you bought them from her. if you bought a radio someplace else, it was a nominal fee, (if i recall) under $10.....couldn't go wrong with that.
that was also the first time too, when i saw the "Maxon" brand. i think this goes back to the early/mid 1990's..???
every radio since her death, i just either buy online, or at a truck stop, when sales were on them.stacks Thanks this. -
