Drivers don't look like drivers anymore

Busy rescuing a sad, injured dog from a wench keeping him on a chain with no shelter. His name is Mighty Mouse and he's currently asleep on a fluffy bed in a crate in our living room after a trip to the vet.

 

He has a swollen hock on his back legs where the chain injured him. But it's just soft tissue damage and should heal fine. My vet gave him antiinflammatories and his vaccines and suggested bed rest for a few days. Mighty Mouse will be wearing hats, swimming in the creek and hiking with the rest of the pack soon.

 

One more pic - this was Mighty Mouse giving me a kiss as I was getting him off the chain, out of the piles of excrement and off to my truck.

 

That dog will be your friend forever. Good job.

 

Yes,people smelled like a mixture of Old Spice & Aqua Velva.There was no Family Dollar sweat pants,"Friday" flip flops & Channel 19 PBS headsets.Oh,those were the teal days

 

in I got some of these "ball cap buddies" on Amazon
they work good put the hat in the washer on delicate cycle and put some clothes on top
I have not tasted the tide pods yet but they sure make things smell good
got back to work Thursday
should have waited until monday because the hand swells when you overdo it
not using the workmans comp seems to get around the doctors letter and new dot physical
our light duty men sit in their car 8 hours and write down the coming and goings of the trucks and note violations by their the drivers they don't like
