Chalk up TMC as a bad company.

It's only gonna get worse folks. As people get more desperate, they're gonna take any crap these unscrupulous pricks dish out. Companies can see these nincompoops comin' from miles away and will continue to use and abuse them.

 

Sorry to hear what you went through . All that time you put in for them? Signing up and going through orientation all them days and then turn around and slap you in the face?

Still doesn't address the fact that TMC scammed him out of his G.I. Bill,and left him hanging..

Are they going to refund his training costs, you know that money that the Gvt. paid them as part of this VETERANS education benefits as part of his service to our country?

I don't imagine they will.Now he's used his benefits up, TMC got paid, he scored well and got a big bowl of nothing for his trouble.

If they can't hire the man, fine.But they did take his money and he did complete the course with high scores.Just seems right that they should pay him back.

Ok folks, I feel bad for Eckz since he in fact worked for TMC and wasnt in orientation---but to those that got cut loose before they got there "OWN" truck, you wernt techinally hired, so you cant blame TMC for changing their hiring area's while you were waiting for a trainer, cause you were not hired yet, only still in training.....Im pretty sure that is understood about not being hired till you are actually in your own truck, the economy is in the tank right now, companies gotta do what they can to survive and if that is shrink hiring areas, so be it

give me a break....they screwed him out of money, lied on his DAC and didn't fix it until he caught them- IF they have fixed it, wasted his time/work.

did he get a paycheck? did his name go on payroll?
