My current favorite, apple wood smoked ghost pepper. Really nice flavor and aroma, tons of heat. Not a sauce though.. 81M9q21qspL._AC_SL1500_.jpg

    Tapito is pretty good.
    Chalua is water.
I would like to try some Carolina reaper sauce.

Powder is the way to go for the super hot peppers, in my opinion. Gotta be careful grinding your own though. Don't want even the smallest amount of that floating around in the air. I'm banned forever from doing it in the house.

I remember as a kid my dad making homemade horseradish sauce in the blender; Mom was not happy.

@Dave_in_AZ somehow I missed this thread. Current hot sauce is Franks red hot Extra Hot. It’s decent.

Some driver gave me a bottle of this one time. Not terribly hot but good flavor. I need to order some.

I made some last winter from a friends patch and I kept a few roots to start my own.

Dude I tried Frank's. It was just awful. Plenty sour though.

Store bought only please. I have my own make with thai peppers that's second to none, but that does no good out here.
