Can you give us more detail on what exactly you did to the truck to get it back on the road and working?
Info like this is a gold mine to guys possibly looking for a new truck but balking at the prices. If one can get an older W9 or 379/389 at affordable prices after getting them road worthy, that is a bargain.
Older trucks with highest resale value.

The kenworth w900 A model and the Peterbilt 359 are two trucks that are in a class of their own. I’m not saying other trucks are not worth saving but they are the only ones I know of that can sell for over a hundred grand and are over 30-40 yrs old. Buy one for 20k put 45-50k into it and sell for 135k. I don’t know many trucks that can do that other than the A model and the 359. Other makes and models are worth restoring but only for owner satisfaction
RaRa and Rideandrepair Thank this. -
