ok, so in effect, that company had a policy IN PLACE for searching, maybe for weapons (i'll assume), and the guy turns out to be the A-Typical loud mouth billy big rigger, and decides to punch the guard..

Thank you very much for the arrest report, this clears up nearly EVERYTHING in my mind's eye...

the driver, GOT WHAT HE DESERVED, and i hope HE GETS SUED....

to me, this is a thread, that should have never been started, knowing full well, the o/p WAS GUILTY of complying to security's protocols.....and trying to make himself out as the victim.....

 

I am working on these. The video will cross that bridge when it comes out.

 

This is legit. I know Officer Stewart, went to high school with him. Glad he got what was coming to him.

 

that's cuz the video WILL BE KEPT, not erased for HIS trail.......

i don;t feel anything for him, it said it all right there, in the police report...

As far as the police report is concerned The Truckers are the aggressors here. Excluding the hesaidshesaid (Go pro anyone??) and excluding the apparent rapid loss of professionals and so on all around and here we are after the drivers started striking.

A check of the address in OB appears to be a pretty organized shipper or receiver. With many others.

I would look at that security a little harder. Last time I checked they don't get to detain people or vehicles that want to leave. The rest of it I'll be more than happy to leave it to the Judge.

 

The police report is one sided. The police would not allow us to make a report or file charges. We have retained council.
