Celadon's bonus structure seems legit, any comments appreciated....

we currently are team drivers at Celadon and we approve this message. we are getting everything as advertised.

 

dont forget their new extra 10 cpm (all miles) if you run 18k+ in a month. super easy to get. plus 1 week paid vacation for every 60k (could cash it for $1000), and pay raise for every 120k (no cap)

we thought of the same thing but chose them almost 5 months ago and been really good so far

 

Like yrc they are too big to go away overnight but watch the signs of non payments and leave if you see that

 

you are right. but you should check every paycheck to make sure there is no error for every company you work for

 

All the clowns that were running the company into the ground have been fired. The company is under new management and doing fine.

 

Sorry; been hanging out with my daughter today.... didn’t see this: I am a solo dedicated driver for Celadon: dedicated Walmart... I really don’t know much about the team bonus.....but, I’ve been with Celadon for many years, and have always been paid what I was owed.....
