Keep Trucking ELD

Has anyone experianced an ELD problem with Keep Trucking ELD after business hours and been told, Keep Trucking doesn't have an engineer on duty to correct the issue, but it will be taken care of hours later when one is available. Not sure, but I think they're running the company out of someone's basement. This is pathetic management practices. They're getting rich off of us, but won't have the proper staff on duty after normal business hours. I would not recommend this company.

 

Keep Truckin is the best ELD/EOBR on the market, and has the best customer service.

I use keep truckin, there customer service is awesome. Never had a problem getting some one on the phone and fixing a problem.

 

I experienced this with another vendor in the middle of a weekday. No one available.

 

Have been using KT since it was an app, not had this type of experience. Always have been very responsive. Quick to resolve any problems.

 

KeepTruckin is a phenomenal elog. It's pretty easy to figure out. You can probably answer most of the questions you have with their list of videos

 

Kt is very good but I do have 1 complaint as of late.

Their ifta tracking distance is not always accurate. It maps my routes accurately but gets the state distance wrong often enough I will continue using paper and pen and state lines just using keep trucking for the route recording. For example. A trip I came across i80, it said my distance for Nebraska was 450 km. Nebraska is 700 something km. I hope they straighten it out, to make ifta reporting even easier - not having to write mileage and total up trip records.
