    You spray, set traps, spray more, try to plug the gaps and holes, spray, spray spray, set out bait. Nothing seems to work, they just keep multiplying and spreading.

    It's because if he saw me speeding but didn't catch it by his radar detector, by time he catches up to me to pace me or to zap me with radar I'll be within the legal limit. I don't need brownie points from a cop either. I'm good off that.

    You are speeding then becoming a road hazard driving that slow. Both signal the officer you need to be pulled over. Drive like you know what you are doing, not an escaped convict.

    And triple your chances of getting a flat tire or picking up something that will fly under your truck and cut an already weak air line. Best to stay off that crap. I have seen screws and front end parts as well as shards of glass on those road berms.
