Go buy about a dozen full sets of truck chains and throw them in The back of you 4x4 pick up... Watch the chain restrictions and head out to the chain up areas amd sell them for twice what you bought them for to the stupid mega drivers that dont have chains and don't know how to check the weather. Maybe even make a few more bucks chaining them up for these same drivers. Rinse and repeat as you sell out of chains.

Managed to get docked somehow and wound up moving forward and backward repeatedly trying to get enough momentum going to get away from the ice in front of the dock.
Usually, the roads are cleaned up here, but I'm sick of these warehouse lots.rabbiporkchop Thanks this. -
I plan to spend as much time this winter as possible on a cruise ship. I did a lot of time last winter in the Indiana/Illinois/Wisconsin area. Never had too much trouble with the roads but the overall BS factor in fridged temps certainly goes up exponentially, and last year was COLD. Frozen brakes on the trailer, trailer doors frozen shut, snow packed delivery yards and docks, onboard heater shutting down before your 10 is over. It’s all part of the job but gonna try and avoid as much winter misery as possible this season.

Use to be I drove in all kinds of winter weather. I as I get older I seem to just park it when things get too tough.
I find taking a vacation helps burn off some of the winter, the other year I went to Australia for a month. May go to Japan this winter.VIDEODROME Thanks this. -
