You are the only one trying to prove something.

Trying? No. I didnt come here to try and prove anything. I simply asked a legitimate question. Where does the $1k a week pay for LPs come from?

Then, I was treated like I was lying so I provided some documentation to back up my claims. A liar is one thing that I am not. You will believe what you want to believe. It doesnt matter what I say and quite frankly I dont care. I posted my october deposits. Take it or leave it.

It's interesting that people seem surprised by anyone making around $110k a year, but when they work for a company they seem ticked off to make under $80k a year as a driver, leaving the trucks owner a little meat left on the bone to chew on.

Not that you need any advice from me, but set a salary and pay yourself through the S Corp the same amount every month, if you can hold out for a month at a time.

Make it a reasonable salary, live within your means and let your checking account build, month after month.

When you get to the end of the year you will be surprised how much is there. You can then decide with your accountant/tax advisor what to do with the residual that benefits you tax wise and sets you up in a positive way going into the new year.

There isn't a better feeling than being able to go into the new year having paid forward on certain liabilities, it provides such a sense of relief knowing that you may (and believe me you will) encounter some rough waters along the way.

If you haven't done so, set up a SEP IRA, or equivalent. Health insurance as well.

Thank you. Its refreshing to know that some of us can still have a decent, helpful conversation.

Yes, i do pay myself a "reasonable" salary as the IRS requests. I do live well below my means and Im putting away more money than ive been able to in all my life. My only regret is that I didnt do this sooner. I spent 26 years floundering as a company driver believing the all the negativity about lease op. Im 48 now and only wish i did this long ago.

Also, I do have an IRA set up and health insurance for myself and family.
