High coolant temp when idling 2009 Volvo with D13

Wow ok I'm having the same problem at idling my truck is normal after pulling a load my Volvo d13 say high coolant temperature and my truck will cut off...I did replace the sensor and thomatast and same thing...need some help

I've seen plenty of fan clutches "slip" while being engaged due to either internal issues or lack of air pressure and this was not discussed in the previous posts (I believe), thanks.
