I'm going to be an owner-operator one way or another.
Anyone reading this who can offer advice I will gladly read it. What I really want is sincere guidance to fast track me out of my company job.
Please send private messages if you are an actual owner-operator with a way for me to get on the road quickly. I am super dependable safe driver with a great attitude and willing to pay my dues out there.
Thanks in advance.

Get a little more specific.
Okay, first tip; It's best to start out with alot of money. -
Do lots of research. You'll need at least 15k and good credit, or up to 30k. This is not a cheap business to get into.
Start with

You can also read my thread up to the point I'm at now, it takes while

I'll tell you first off that you will need capital. Remember that being an O/O is more than just being a driver. You're a business and need to run it as such. What kind of freight are you looking to move and what type of runs interest you.

I want to keep up my CDL - I love trucks and trucking - it's a lifestyle I seek as much as a job --thanks. -

I have considered finding an O/O that is looking for a partner too, but that's an opportunity I haven't come across yet.
-
Are we do deduce from your username that you are a Latin woman?
I don't think you'll find an O/O partner. They don't have a real good reason to do it. Plus it's messy.
You can't go by thinking someone dumber is doing it. If they're doing it then they know what they're doing, and you'll have to as well. IF you don't know then find out. You don't need to know it all, but you do need to know what to do next. This is not specific to trucking.
