Fleet one tried to auto withdraw $300 one day and transaction was refused due to low funds(factoring was running 2 days late unfortunately). Week later they withdrew $2000 normally. Third week all our cards and account were suddenly with out warning blocked! Trucks could not get any fuel and we could not see any fuel purchases and reports to prepare statements. After waiting 2 hours on hold since we didnt even know what was going on they asked us to wire them the money and wait untill it clears for 3 days, to use western union or to request them to re run the auto pay and wait 10 days to for them to unblock us! We were also informed that we lost the line of credit that we had :/
Their service became useless to us. Not to mention that there were no fuel discounts at all at FJ, Pilot, Loves, Petro in 2 months.
I truly believe that they were supposed to make our life and work easier and provide a good service. Stuff happens and why create a problem where there is no need for one? $50 Fee they charge should be enough. My advice to all is to not rely on fuel cards and to avoid fleet one, or learn on our experience. We will be closing the account. We cant do business this way. Carrier 752068

You have multiple trucks and your account can’t take a $300 hit?
I don’t think I’d want to do business with you either.
Was this card through NASTIC or just fleet one? -
How long have you had your fleet one card tug? I'm thinking of getting one cause there is a speedway near me and I drive by couple times a week that actually has a great price and fleet one offers another $.38 off.
Is fleet one a prepay or credit??Last edited: Nov 21, 2018
KB3MMX Thanks this. -
About $300 a month savings. Sometimes more sometimes less?
I still fuel outside the network every once in a while with my own bank card but usually can’t beat NASTIC prices.KB3MMX and whoopNride Thank this. -
The Fleet One and Comdata and I guess many others are not stupid. Many carriers on the verge of bankruptcy, squeeze up as much as they can, including fuel purchases, cash advances and not paying their own drivers. Quite a few times, I saw guys at truck stops sitting and waiting for the fuel money. I offered one to take him to Salt Lake City where he could book a flight home - he could not afford it - he said.

I’m just one truck operation and, I get all freaked out when I get under $10k in the checking and 3x that in my savings.
Just trucking accounts, not including personal accounts.
Guy I’m leased to has 4 company trucks and 2 lease guys. he always has at least $150k in cash available.KB3MMX Thanks this. -
I just applied and had to call them cause website was/is messed up and made it look like it was prepay only.Tug Toy Thanks this. -
Lol, we were buying a new trailer, account was low for 2 days until we transfered the funds an factoring kicked in as well.
Anyways, just wanted to share no need to judge
And I am glad you guys are doing so well, good for you.
