Any idea on a headset that doesn't give me pain after wearing it for a while because of my glasses?

If the headset has a wire frame/skeleton you can bend it around with needle-nose pliers to make room for the frame of your glasses.
If it's plastic only, then good luck. Mayb a lighter and lots of patience to reform it before it starts to melt and make a mess. -

I use a Blue Parrot 450 in the truck and a Plantronics Voyager 5200 when not on the truck. The Plantronics is much more comfortable with my glasses.

I removed the rubber cussions on my glasses specifically because of this, way more comfortable now even with no headset on

I have a Blue Parrot 450, I simply take my glasses off and put them back on so that the ear piece is on the outside of the headset.
