Where is everyone #5

My wife grew up in Paoli so you probably know some of the same people, or maybe not if you were raised out of state. One of her brother's lives there still and she has one in Maysville too so we are down there from time to time. Also old friends of hers who still live down there we occasionally go out to eat with.

Her friend from Purcell lost her husband who was a helicopter pilot in the Iraq war in June of '05 and the stretch of 35 between the 2 exits is named after him.

 

On route ten last year..... gotta watch them curves lol.

 

Well...

Got a text today and a handful of phone calls from Melton wondering how my new job is coming along and if I would ever consider going back to drive for them...





My buddy rolled his truck yesterday. Hummmm...... they must be cutting their losses pretty fast.

 

I was 5 when we left 19 when I moved back.

 

It sure is convenient there. I put a Schrader valve on it so if I'm working on it and need it to have air I can fill it with shop air instead of filling the shop with exhaust while it builds air.

 

Supper time. Green Chile stew with potatoes and diced pork along with homemade tortillas.

 

Back to the Dr. in am. 5 days so far riding the bench. Getting old quick.
