I was wondering something maybe you can shed some light. I camped out at the Ruby’s lot on the east side several times on the last job. Kept seeing a daycab pulling a flat with trailer axles which I figure musta came outta Madill park there every night. Just wondering if that fella has a local job delivering those or what.

Your shop shouldn't get too stinky or smoky if the DPF's are functioning properly. Oh, wait. You don't have that stuff! Lol
    That looks good!

I know the truck you’re talking about I’ve talked to a couple of their drivers. IIRC they are based out of Tulsa they only have a handful of trucks all daycabs, the owner has a lumber yard and they haul a lot for DW distribution. Those axles are probably made in El Reno at Dexter Axle probably going to Madill. A couple of weeks ago my dispatcher called me about bidding on that lane for next year, I doubt we’ll get it, I used to deliver some loads to DW till this bunch appeared.

10-4. Makes sense they’d be going to Madill instead of the other way around. It sounds like a good lane to be in if it pays enough.

My first thought when I noticed it was he was taking them to Barrett, but I never seen him go that way so it had me wondering.

I believe I could get used to it especially since it would keep me out of that nightmare called North Texas for a good portion of the year.

The only axles I’ve seen delivering to Barrett were the big Hendrickson’s. My nephew works there so I’ll have to ask him who delivers the little ones.
