I'm telling ya from my own experience, the keto diet works. It's like any lifestyle change, it takes a bit to get used to. But once you get where you want to be and switch to a "maintenance" type diet, it's great. I'm still shooting to drop another 15-20 pounds, but losing the first 43 has done wonders for my motivation.

 

I could stand to drop about 100, the motivation comes then goes. I need to plan meals for a week and pack them in the truck so I can get away from processed food and drink water instead of soda.

 

I need a place to park in Winston salem NC for my 34 this weekend but I’m not seeing anything?

Am I just missing it?

 

Not much up that way. Any particular facilities your looking for? How far you willing to travel?

 

@Tug Toy exit 118 on52 n is a fuel stop. No shower, but grocery store across street and a few other eating places.
If you want full service truck stop exit 168 on 40.

 

There's a T/A in Mocksville. I-40 and Hwy 601.

The T/A has a Walmart within walking distance. Google Maps say exit 170. Popeye's chicken in it.

I'm horrible with remembering exit numbers myself. I remember landmarks much better. I hate it when they build and tear down so many things that I can't recognize where I'm at.
