And really, what's in a picture? It is a snapshot of a mere moment in time. A single fraction of a second of something someone else is experiencing, and something they valued enough to take a picture of, allowing others to enjoy that moment as well. There is a beauty in a well-taken photograph, and you definitely know how to capture "the moment" well.
I have my family and friends telling me all the time similar things, it lets them "journey with me" out on the road, and see what I do on a daily basis. I feel like that's really important for anyone you share your pictures with. It's kind of a lost art these days. Too many people can take a picture and post it online for mindless consumption, but so few left can really capture a moment perfectly that everyone can see it, and more importantly feel what it was like to be there IN that moment. -

No. A month or so ago, @johndeere4020 and another hand got into a discussion about trades schools and learning, and apprenticeship. This guy basically said that he prefers learning from YouTube instead of a real master tradesman because he doesn’t want to hear about when dinosaurs walked the earth.
And I was thinking that if there was some primitive man that had to club his dinner to death or starve, and he’s telling stories, I want to hear from him because he is the toughest SOB I could ever meet.
Haven’t you noticed that NO ONE is tough anymore? Participation trophies and suicide when bullied. What’s the point of being high tech if you’re a sidewalk sissy?Al. Roper, peterbilt_2005, stwik and 23 others Thank this. -

I take pictures too but nothing @ShooterK2 level so I just fly it to a higher level.
And just so I don't get in trouble too, no, I was not actually in the flying machine at the time this picture was taken and no animals were harmed. I was at the controls of the flying machine however I was safely hidden under one of the big blue things and again no animals were harmed.Al.
