and if the deferral date cannot be done......oh well.
you got 2 choices, take the time off, or default.

I got a 64 in a 35mph zone 1 mi mph more and it would have been a super speeder tic. in lagrange,ga on a 4 lane div. hy. i was mistaken that it was still 65mph zone, I had just been before the man without a lawyer on a running the scales on I-85 a mo. before that I lost 360$ on, I got roadlaw to help me and they did it without me being in court, they will tell you how they can help you after looking how other tic. were handled in the courthouse where you were tic. in?

Many of the Megas consider 15% over as reckless driving. And you’ll be terminated immediately. Guilty or not. That’s why it’s important to wait until convicted in today’s reality.
Do I need to point out that the reason for termination may show on your DAC? Even if you beat the ticket in court.Trucker Tennessee Thanks this. -
Were you in your personal car or in your companies truck?

If the cops did an inspection, even just looking at log and a check lights walk around. Then your company will no in 3 days. If no inap was done. I would not say anything till the fight was over. If you win in court never mention. But if you lose than you have to report it.

There was pretty much the exact same question that was asked in a thread a week or so ago. The consensus was do not report the citation until it is resolved.
I will go ahead and get ready for my bashing, because I still say let your company policy be your guidance on what to do in this case. Ya'll do realize that the company just might require the reporting upon issuance? If that is the situation, then you have to make the hard choice.
And for those that think that your company will not be able to see that you have been cited, I think you are wrong. I am only familiar with NC, but you can go to a State supported web site (again I am only familiar with NC) and pretty much see every pending case in the State (Infraction-Misd or Felony). You can query by name and see charges.Trucker Tennessee Thanks this. -
I pay for drivers legal. Beat a 62 in the 45 with them... Bobtail in the truck!
