Coolant tank, removing 2 bolts on the top, mine are spinning?

    Is there a special way of removing 2 bolts on the top that screw into top of radiator? Mine are spinning.

    Usually I use an air impact and spin them enough to pull them out with bushing heat up bushing remove from bolt glue them back on radiator let them dry and then screw them back on to bushing. Pain in the a design those bolts are
