Neutral … just watch the cross lights. When they go to yellow, put it in gear and you're ready to go when the light changes.

In traffic = in gear, keep the flow moving.
Just me = usually neutral. My clutch brake works perfect and only takes a second to get in gear. -
I was training this girl from USX one time and we were sitting at a long red light. She said her leg was killing her so I told her to put it in neutral. She said it was in neutral.lol I was dying. I told her to get off the clutch. With a heavy sigh she said OMG thank you.

It's illegal to disengage the drive train unless your "parked" or shifting gears.
I'm in gear, Foot on brake, ready to move if I need to.Numb Thanks this. -

(a) The driver of any motor vehicle when traveling upon a down grade shall not coast with the gears or transmission of such vehicle in neutral.
