RA Point System with Swift

    It seems there may be a glitch in the RA system.

    Another driver posted elsewhere that his score was very high due to negative road reports.

    I just checked my own score, and I now have a negative road report dated 1/27/18.
    It just showed up this week.

    I'm wondering how many other drivers have had the same thing happen.

    Yeah ive got 3 on there and score of 20... Never seen em before until now that u mention it but #### it idc my license is clean,never had ticket, never hit anything, i dont get butthurt by swift points they can kiss my ###.. They got all kinds of these stupid policies that are really just made to annoy the #### out of everybody

    If you have 3 for a negative road report, which seem to be 1 point each, what are the other 17 for?

    And I have not noticed stupid policies that are made just to annoy me.
    What are you referring to?

    By the way, my current score is 2.

    I have two negative reports showing from September of 2018. My DM had another driver that had 9 negative reports show up.

    She thinks it's a glitch.

    Why would anyone put up with this kind of garbage? It's not like swift is one of the best paying outfits out there and that would justify dealing with extra ######## out of them. How do these people keep getting drivers?

    It’s just another control mechanism and employee filtering reason system. Problem with office jobs now is with automation workers are less useful, they got to keep coming up with new things to do that are super important. Hence the RA system in its truest form.

    Yeah, I had like 17 of the bloody things before last year ended. And I know for a fact they weren't there before. Never the less. They have been wiped off recently. So hopefully this skullduggery will cease in the future.
