Keep hounding them. I've read they're flooded with applications all the time.
Email and ask "What is the date of my orientation? My bags are packed."

Speaking of bags do you recommend those leather like duffel bags they sell at pilot. My duffel bag is just too big for a truck. Looking for something a little smaller.

I'm not familiar with the ones at Pilot.
Probably get by with one a little smaller than a military duffle bag or no larger than one. I was Navy & we called them "sea bags."
Roll your clothes and can get much more in a smaller bag. Something like the tan one in the picture will be more practical.

Is a preventative accident the kind where you run into something deliberately in the parking lot to get it out of your system before heading out on the road

One strike and you're out seems a bit harsh.

Still, define 'trailer rub', and do you have pictures of the accident?

Because, to me, a rub means that you barely touched. In which case there would be maybe a small scrape or scratch.
It's like a truck pulling in or out and rubbing the trailer against your mirror. There may be a small scrape on the mirror, but most drivers would just say to forget it.

What are the details of the 'rub'?

I think we knew it meant preventable. I'm going to fix it now.

Honestly,Ive Done that in the Past....This was before everybody had "13 Cameras" straregically placed around.Just saying,"a few scrapes,nowadays...will put you "mixing paint at the local Home Depot" or "getting baked" on a nightly trash run at Jack In The Box.Just saying...always GOAL...get out and look...once ,twice etc.I would think just "rubbing a trailer" would simply be an "incident"? But yeah, sad to say usually considered "A grunt" till probation completed.JMO

Avoid all the problems by writing it up on a pre-trip inspection; if you get my drift.
Better yet, don't write it up at all; it didn't happen.
