Estes regional is looking pretty good! They offered it to me but she wants me around the house for some reason!

A jealous wife can make life complicated.
Try Ancestry.com and see how many "daddy pings" you get. Maybe that's why she wants to keep the eagle eye on you.

10-4 on that. I already know my truck driving grandfathers were busy out there on the road.

See if they got a bid open. I'm regional out the midwest. Super small terminal so I'm in line waiting for my bid.

Corporate told me they had a bid and we set up an interview with the TM. What a nice guy. He was great, I’d love to work there. It was pretty awesome. But it’s a tiny terminal and they just had OTR. Only a few line drivers. Corporate told me it wasn’t OTR. Had to turn it down unfortunately. I’ve got babies at home.

Yea I feel your pain. I do as well. I live in area nothing pays so I'm stuck regional another year and a half when wife graduates. Then if no chancs for linehaul bid its p&d or something I can work 40-45 hours.

Idk how much you have to make but most LTL have p&d and always hiring.

Yea I could do p&d but I’m our only source of income and need to make more money. I’d rather do that than nights again but we are all chasing that cheese.

I’d suggest NFI . Seems like they figured that out what to do to keep o/o or drivers in . Now most of their runs are home daily (this is what you read on the back of their trailers, and it’s true to me)
I’m working with them in Canada . Take home is 2k-2300 60H/w .

In all fairness the "corporate" you spoke to was most likely a recruiter and they dont know the details of individual openings at a given terminal. All they know is whether its linehaul, combo, hub, P&d, etc. They dont know whether the linehaul position is extraboard or schedule run, combo you could literally be doing anything and everything.
