What is the best third party truck warranty to buy?

IN OUR PROFESSIONAL OPINION
IF THIS WAS US WE WOULD NOT BUY A TRU-NORTH WARRANTY
We are a heavy truck repair shop with facilities in both NY and NJ and we have first hand experience with processing a TruNorth Warranty and the way they operate. Bernie Madoff had nothing on these guys, and their contract.
After going through the claim process for nearly a month with them (unlike most shops we decided to keep replying to their demands and providing what they asked for so it extended their 5 day rule) and we spent many un-billable hours complying with their requests each day.
Here is what what we think: If you a TruNorth warranty holder show up at one of our shops with a TruNorth warranty we would not file a claim or do the work for you.
In our opinion their claim process is designed to make the shop filing the claim for you give up in frustration. The drain on management resources is extraordinary and they know it. Each day they would ask for something different in the way of documentation and then find some fault with the document and require clarification and require it by the end of the day. They have this 5 day claim time line and if we, the shop don't get them what they ask for then they close the claim. One day they wrote us at 3:58 PM and then gave us until 6 PM to comply or the claim would be closed. If we missed that email or were busy you the customer was screwed.
This is a very interesting operation (whats the word I am looking for??) that because it deals with commercial vehilces and therefore circumvents normal consumer protection laws which would protect the warranty purchaser. (Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act)
As they read this my guess is that they are sitting in an office in North Carolina laughing at this post in satisfaction that they did what they set out to do, If you work there and get fired and want to get even with TruNorth write me and tell me your story we might want to make a movie about TruNorth, something on the order of the Wolf of Wall Street maybe even get you on 60 minutes, you would wear the white hat of a good guy !
If they deny the claim their contract calls for arbitration which depending on the repair i is nearly impossible because you need the mechanic to come with you. I think this is a class action suit waiting to happen. I would think it would include NASCAR and Freedom Warranty. My guess is that when the disclosure comes out to the percentage of claims they pay per dollar taken in and some employee that is deposed gives up the real numbers it will be shocking. Anyone with an issues should skip writing TruNorth and go to Nascar and start publishing on their blog send emails to Steve Phelps President of NASCAR, tweet @stevephelps and Chris Tropeano ctropeano@nascar.com and sphelps@nascar.com,
(THIS IS AN OPINION AND THE AUTHOR OF THIS POST DOES NOT OWN A TRU NORTH WARRANTY AND HAS NO RELATIONSHIP WITH THIS SITE, FURTHERMORE THE OPINIONS OF THE AUTHOR ARE MADE BASED ON DIRECT INTERACTION WITH TRU NORTH WHILE ATTEMPTING TO PROCESS A WARRANTY CLAIM)
THE ONLY DEFENSE TO SLANDER IS THE TRUTH
