    I’m scheduled to get my AV Fistula on the 12th of March. I’m hoping the surgery goes well, then in 6 weeks after I can finally take a shower. (Current chest catheter prevents that)

    I had my fistula surgery this morning. It hurts now but will do wonders when I get my chest catheter removed. I have a sore throat now from the air tube while I was under anesthesia. Asleep for the whole thing. Thanks for your well wishes.

    I was scheduled for last week, but after changing into my gown and getting my IV they told me the doctor had the flu and rescheduled me
