I’m was never good at wrapping presents. I’m also not great at perfectly folding the front and back of the tarp. To me they remind me of present wrapping and that’s very traumatic to me.

Get a good head or cross wind going. Sometimes the bungies start falling apart resulting in the tarp flapping in the wind like a lot lizzard sky diving without any panties on.

    TNSquire and D.Tibbitt Thank this.

I would like to learn if I can read somewhere ...I'm one of those guys who just bought the truck and trailer :) ...not sure what you mean flapping , when I tarp my loads I put bungees on every hole or dring and it's still flaps sometimes ...even barely driving me crazy , I never damaged tarp because of this issue ...just lost one when I didn't secure it tight enough since May ...I tarp probably 75% of my loads .. getting conestoga february

I don't mind tarping but in summer it's like taking shower ...last November I wake up in the morning to untarp 8ft high oversize load and it was snow and rain ...top was like skating rink ...don't mean tarping but I don't think it's worth it

Throwing straps over a tarp is pure laziness and a sign that whoever did must not be the one paying for the tarp.

Rickp, Grubby, D.Tibbitt and 3 others Thank this.

Oh I know that feeling. Had to roll them up on an iced over dirt road when it was about 0*F. Shuffling along trying to make nice folds. Was all I could do to not just leave them behind since I need new ones anyway.

D.Tibbitt, cke and Tug Toy Thank this.
