Unloaded today in the cold rain, sinuses desperately trying to recover. First time trying to roll tarps while raining... forget that nonsense lol. Gonna have to redo them if I see some dry weather.

No load today. Was trying to get east bound but failed to get anything. We're gonna load Monday out of Edgerton for a two stopper to TX, one by San Antonio and one out in nowhereville, ####ing Texas. My wife will not be pleased.

Poor little truck is disgustingly filthy (thanks commiefornia), and it's raining with snow expected sometime. And to top that off, got a crack in the fiberglass in front of the driver's step. Don't know how that happened.

@jamespmack, that is so cool about your dad, and sad to have lost him early.

I step out and he asks me to come verify that his brakes smelled hot. So I did and yes, his r/f drive was hot, and not just a little hot either. Told him I wouldn't get back on the highway with it like that.

Well considering I am sitting a the side of a tiny street in a tiny town until Sunday - I showed some flexibility unusual for me I know

I now have a second pizza (correct order) - so the fridge has pizza available for the next few days

 

Thank god, now I can sleep knowing I have at least 2 friends - same number as ex-wives hmmmm
