The real first year at Schneider - Why so many quit..

Highly appreciate this info as i start class monday 1/21 at sage for them and kinda had a idea after reading for months it would be this way at any company starting this way . So you just confirmed my theory . If you dnt mind me asking what was your starting mile pay .

Keep in mind his post is from over 11 years ago, things are a little different now. Head over to the Schneider Chat Room version 2 or read DieselFuelOnly's thread for a much more recent (but still a little dated) review.

 

One thing is a definite deal breaker at Schneider.
They don't allow intelligent life forms in the truck.

 

There has been way too many dead threads resurrected by newbies to TTR. They should by and large make their own threads with questions that will be getting up to date answers.

 

Lol this post was made a month after I quit Schneider and began LTL. If I'd ever only gotten 1300 miles in a week, I would've been overjoyed. I was doing an EASY 3,000. Sometimes 4. Lol

 

Hub miles, of course. I wasn't paid anywhere NEAR that with the HHG.

 

I literaly googled a question online and this post came up and was already a member didnt even think to look at dates as it was relative to my question i made on google ‍♂️
