I ain’t commenting on you.
I’m saying @Oxbow is a good explainer. Clear, leaves out the parts that ain’t important, makes the point and gives the details needed.Al. Roper, PoleCrusher, Feedman and 23 others Thank this. -

Drove a International for R&L with what I called an oddball 13, I can't remember the number to save my life. Setup like a 15 or 8LL in a sense. Chrome shifter was marked Low-Intermediate-High. Start in low and shift the first 3, split from low to Intermediate and back to 1 (low hole position on a 9 spd) then shift all 5, split from Intermediate to High and shift 5 again. Could actually start from 1 in Intermediate on flat ground.
And it was setup with an air operated clutch brake, for those here that remember them.Al. Roper, PoleCrusher, Feedman and 21 others Thank this. -
