Man I used to haul outta the refinery at Lima (Husky) every day dam near for a year straight. I ate at the Wagon Wheel a bunch. Theres a sign in there that says that was one of the first large truckstops in America or something like that.

The taco joint next to the dinning area was pretty good. Bad thing is you felt like you ate a bowl of Colon Blow a few hours later.

It was the first truck stop on the interstate system. The taco joint is not as good last time I ate here. But the buffet was all you can eat steak. It wasn’t bad. Seems like the lasagna used to be really good. I showered at north Baltimore, cause unless they have remodeled them they are wore slap out here.

Flying Burritos? or something like that. Yep the old Colon Blow. But good. When I shortly lived in Lima, I drove around Huskey to go to work everyday at Buckeye Truck Center at Rt 65 St. John rd. I hate that sh!! hole. Rush truck center now.

Um, if you were at the Toledo terminal there's a better laundromat a whole lot closer and not that one they give you directions to.

Up till early 90's Tiffin still had a open cab mack pumper from the 30's or 40's in service. The LT I was buddys with claimed they refused to let it be taken out of service because it would pump water no matter the situation and a lot of it. Over all the newer equipment them boys loved that old mack. No longer in service but they convinced the city to still keep it around. I heard stores of her frozen to the street on a block off ice, pumping away while the new ones were long froze up. Them old boys are all but gone and the mack is still in the house.
