Has the coffee at T A always been this bad? It tastes like coffee that's been rerun through the filter.

I'll tell you what is bad. Is the food at the restaurant at TA. All of it, the buffet and everything on the menuBoostedTeg, PE_T, KB3MMX and 1 other person Thank this. -
I heard PFJ contracted to sell all of their used coffee grounds to TA/Petro for $80/ton so that should help the quality and taste of their coffee once it works its way into the stores pretty soon.
Savor the Flavor, D.Tibbitt, KB3MMX and 5 others Thank this. -
Ive gotten used to the 76 coffee. Years later after the demise of the chain, I learned to get coffee elsewhere where possible. Usually a McDees of all places. Eventually we brewed our own inside the truck with a Mr Coffee and Folgers can plus water and inverter to run it. That eliminated the coffee problem permanently.
If it's one coffee I would not mind getting back into is from Sheetz. Ive a mind to order a case of the stuff before too long.Dino soar and Rideandrepair Thank this. -
I mean, some of the Iron Skillets are still half-ok, but TA's Country Prides--SHEESH! I've never cared for anything they "offer" for breakfast, or at any other point in the day. And the killing thing is so much of that stuff be overpriced...
KB3MMX and Onemanshow Thank this. -
Aamcotrans Thanks this.

The very worst coffee I ever got on the entire planet came from a TA. I took a couple sips and poured it out.

That's why I make my own with my onboard Keurig maker. Pilot is the only one I care for with new fresh bean brew system they have.
Savor the Flavor, D.Tibbitt, Aamcotrans and 2 others Thank this. -
Weasel p*ss for sure
