:biggrin_25510: With over 15 years experience I believe I know how to play the game, but there is a difference in being forced to fudged 8 or 9 hours aday instead of 1 or 1.5 thats asking for a fatal accident. If you want to drive a 59MPH truck even as a O/O pay for everything on truck and trailer(which is not yours) Raider has a job for you. They expect you to 1200 miles overnite and be able to do it everyday. I have been with some big companies thought I might like a small one was I wrong on that 1.

I am sure that you have answered this before but-how in the heck can a company MAKE an o/o drive HIS truck 59mph? Do you sign something declaring that you will? Is there some major "incentive" to drive your truck at such an accident causing speed(getting hit from the rear)?
    just asking-
    thanks

Thanx AllNite for noticeing the most important part of my posting....To the owner he says that if we want to stay leased to him we will do as he says and also has alot to do with insureance(sp sorry been sick for last 2 weeks)....All I know is in the very near furture I have 4 speeding tickets that come off then Im out of this camp...I have never been lied to stolen from or abused as much as I have here...By the way the slow trucks do not even crack the ice with this small company:biggrin_25526:

Thanks for the answer/reply.I empathise w/your situation.I am sure that you can not wait until those tickets drop off huh? Out of curiosity, are they able to track your truck speed w/qualcom or similiar? What happens IF they conclude that you busted 59mph and say hit 63-65mph? They can't shut your truck down and surely they won't cancel the lease right then and there. I bet that the owner of the company is having a difficult time keeping good drivers w/the screwy terms-
BEST of luck with your future.

Allnite as of 3/25/09 my lease was terminated by them, due to the fact they said i was an unsafe driver 35hardbrakes from 11/01/08-3/25/09. If my math is right 35/5=7 per month.asked why if i was such an unsafe driver with my hard brakes then why were there not any freight claims(we hauled mainly meat which is not shrink wrapped) in 1.5 years had 1 claim that involved 3 cases that was not ordered by wal-mart. What do you expect when a co has a 99ssr.yes they go thru drivers like most people go thru toliet paper

    allnite Thanks this.

Yes this outfit is a sham. from payroll, dispatchers and management.
I was there a very short time, just one example in my short time twice I was told that they told me to do something and I didnt.. But i was never told, seems Ive never had this problem b4?? I will either agree or i wont...
Its also one of those companies with relatives and friends... Lots of hands in the cookie jar.. Its best to stay away!!!!! You will be hassled on Idle......Cheated...Lied to.... And paid very low... While they go home to AC and all the comforts... Your sacrafice wont be worth the reward.

I worked there too for about a month too long (at the time it was the only company willing to take me at my age and exp). It was horrible and slllooowww trucks, I was outta there in a flash and the bastu*** tried to mark my dac with two preventable incidents, I got one of them resloved. Stay away from these rattle snakes !!!

7 hardbrakes a month? And 4 speeding tickets coming off? I see why you're complaining about 59MPH trucks. Interesting.....
