    If it has screws around the outer edge of the valve cover like GM / Ford / Mopar it’s a 53 series. 71 will be through the center of the cover.

    Yes, and had to use one once on a Wabco 353 scraper when the back engine ran away but I don't think it's supposed to be used as the normal engine kill............ When I had to use the one on the scraper, the control cable, being probably 75' long was froze up so when I panicked and yanked on it I wound up with about 4" of it attached to the handle and the rear engine gaining speed at probably 4k RPM. I had to crawl up on the engine and manually flip the catch on both blower doors to get it shut down however the damage was done at that point and they had to rebuild the engine. Westinghouse should have stuck to light bulbs, those scrapers were first class pieces of ####. I never got used to the electric over hydraulic system, there was no "easy" on a valve, it was either on or off.
