Break time is over. Back to kitchen. I slow cooked a pork shoulder last night through today. Then shredded it. Now gonna make pork carnittas. Or however you spell that.

 

Oh ok. Shoot, sound like you better get 2 new virgins throwed on that bad boy then.

Junk tires ain't nothing to mess with for sure

 

Carnitas is is Spanish for "little meat" and its pork braised or simmered in oil. So technically a smoked pork shoulder isn't Carnitas. *middle fingers*

 

Tacos in Waco tonight. Yummy.. and a neat little town.
