Last night a truck pulled in next to me to have his trailer tires changed. I woke up to the music of an air ratchet and the thump of the repairman using my truck to lean the extra tires against. Idjit! I didn't get nearly enough sleep. I'm in a nice loves now. Sooo..unless the ever popular reefer truck tracks me down.....

That night we got snow and temps dropped. Around 11 p.m. I was awakened by the sound of spinning wheels and loud engines!
Took a peek and there were a group of at least 15 guys in big & small pickups and assorted cars taking turns doing donuts and figure 8's from one end of the lot to the other.
Went on for over 2 hrs...
Calling the cops did absolutely no good.UturnGirl Thanks this. -
@Scooter Jones I am appalled at how people can be so self absorbed. I'm sure most of them are just unaware of others' existence. And then there are the mutts who actually get a kick out of tormenting others. I believe your little gang of parking lot hoodlums falls in that category. And poop on the cops who wouldn't run them off.

p608 and Western flyer Thank this.

The dock manager told me the same punks show up in the summer and do the same thing, heat up their tires where it shoots rubber fragments on the sides of the building.
They've called the cops about it and nothing is ever done... -
Children should be in bed by 11pm.
I don't think they were the Peanuts kids building a snowman. (Charlie Brown, you blockhead.)
Is it okay to allow children playing in the middle of the night to ruin the sleep of hard working adults?
Would you feel the same way if it were you in there that night trying to get some rest? -
If one of them hit me and did damage, I guarantee you they would of split from the premises fast and I would of had nothing to go on. Left with paying the deductible, potential downtime, etc.
You're right, it's not a laughing matter or just "kids out having fun in the snow." -
SMH. God created snow covered parking lots for this very reason. I would lay my head down and sleep in absolute peace knowing everything is still good in the world. I'm 45 and still have a hard time passing up a good snow covered lot.
Leave the kids alone and relax a bit. Next thing you know you will be in a rocking chair drooling on yourself cussing everytime the wind blows. -
LoSt_AgAiN and sealevel Thank this.
