    Cdl school tuition is 4,000. They give you 1,500 during school, so they want to make sure if you do school then quit the next day that they will get their money back. It's just a 1 year contract though. It is a good deal for me. No way I could afford to get cdls on my own. But tmc offered to pay for the school and give me 500 a week so I'm happy with it

    If it’s anything like what we did at Melton it’s for use when matching you with a road trainer for weeks and then your final dispatcher.

    Personality test :D:D come on now this aint no rocket science, who cares about being placed with a compatible trainer. I care if the trainer is professional and knows his stuff, I guess companies want to place these new drivers with compatible trainers so they wont hurt their feelings... :eek::eek::eek:

    Last time I had a personality test, I married her. That was 25 years ago. I don’t need any more of those type of tests.
