I toss it into the 500 gal tank I use for my farm tractor. Trucks old enough in the past I used to just drop it back in tanks. It wasn't eniugh to worry me once it mixed in with existing fuel.

The secondary filter is usually a water separator and will be on the suction side (usually). The primary will be the final filter before the injectors. Most manufacturers recommend not pre filling, depending on what I'm dealing with determines whether I do or not. Clean fuel from a clean jug isn't gonna hurt. You can transfer water pretty easily out of the old filter.
2 stroke engine oil is a little better for one than ATF, it's made to burn and doesn't leave the deposits on injector tips like ATF will.MACK E-6 Thanks this. -
I've heard about using 2 stroke oil as a fuel additive just for extra lube for those injectors. What are your thoughts on this?wore out Thanks this. -
