Blind side them with small claims. I'm petty though. I worked at a Chevy dealer about 12 years ago. The flat rate guys were very adamant about not cleaning up after themselves because they did not get paid by the hour. Well I clock out one day, start walking out and foreman told me to take out the trash told him no I clocked out and don't work for free. I'll do it in the morning. Next day I was terminated LOL. So petty 19 year old me, files unemployment then, reports them to OSHA, and state EPA. they was dumping oil an stuff in the woods behind the house, car lifts didn't have locks, no railing on cat walk, forklift leaked propane, improper stored flammables. Needless to say I got unemployment for the next 6 months they got hit with 250k in fines. Made the local newspaper. Definitely made me feel accomplished lmao. Report away brother

 

So you edited and falsified your logs, took wrong load/trailer, and when bossman wanted to talk to you, instead of going inside you left and phoned in "I'm done".

Maybe if you really believe you weren't in the wrong you should have manned up and said your peace face to face. Instead you bailed

Boss was dirty lmao. 3 sides to every story. The one we hear is full of holes. If it suits you fine today reporting tomorrow after you have fell outta love is sorta cheesy. Sorry but anything worth reporting needs to be reported at the time. What happened to bein a man and looking the accused in the eye to state your peace.

 

I think that's a good decision.
