Is it common for truck drivers to be methheads?

Party row received that name for a reason, it was comical after a while because of the action that happened back then. It is actually easier for me to go with just plain water and fruit and vegs, then I can go days on end and when sleep comes it is deep and done.

 

Done. And gone white.

I prematurely turned some frosty hair out of golden brown in the year of my ex's chemo. The VA hurt her and she took it out on me verbally in that olds 98 taking her to the next chemo. I was stressed beyond reason and basically told her to #### or gtfo out and walk. with a total resolve to kick her angry ### out right there. My own heart was failing in the mitral and causing risk to three vehicles near me at that moment. There was silence.

That was the one time I had essentially heart failure in that extreme level of anger on my part. It's almost possible to just drop dead because your body refuses to continue working properly under that level of ... extremity.

But to her it was the most horrible poisoning ever done to her medically. It kills ALL dividing cells. You are left with a rotting body unable to build anything new at the cell level of which there is approximately 5 trillion. I was white in 8 months flat. No chemo for me either. If it comes back to either her or me it's Hospice when the time comes. This might be the year that we find it in her liver once the doctor gets some scans back to rule or rule it out soon. I think I should turn to ash and be destroyed beyond being able to function if that was the case, she has been a good teammate.

I'd have absolutely no qualms about calling 911 then and there. That is just beyond stupid and unforgivable.

Did nobody else see X1's new story about crossing the country nonstop? Sure beats the one about him breaking the coop scale.

 

The litmus test for drivers being methheads is two fold:

1. Do they run paper logs, driving 20 hours a day going broke?
2. Have they ever hauled cattle while being mouth breathers?

 

I thought you had to breathe through your mouth because of the smell.

 

Meth, coke any of the crap, you can burn things on both ends for about 1-3 years max and then you're gonna break. It never pays off. Just another way to exists and support a habit that will take your life, or drain the life from you. And any driver doing these drugs, is just pumping everything they make and probably more into feeding their habit.

I knew a few dopers in the 80s including my step father ...none still drive ...most are dead ...those still alive look twice they're age .
They were good examples for me and I've never messed with it .

 

Only those drivers who buy a van. Drive it for $1 a mile.
