You did not know then that a 3 month medical card is a explicit warning to fix the root cause of your problem so you can drive completely free of this vising medical problem OR not drive a big truck at all. Possibly much of anything ehse at all. And thus you will be free.

Here you are. A busted three mo and a unsolved medical prolem for whidh your DOT doctor has kiecked you out of his or her offices for already;

Find another one this time be more particular to the sounds coming from under that cardboard, some of that can pretty be important.

 

Well, there's a whole slew of guys here that claim that sleep apnea isn't even regulated or enforced by the FMCSA now. So, how can your dot examiner enforce something that is supposedly unenforceable?

Guess she missed the memo...

 

There is no cpap requirement for your dot physical. If the company allows it, simply call around and find one that doesn't require that scam.

If the company only will allow their clinic, go somewhere that allows any clinic.

 

So, what did she say you have to do in order to become compliant again?

 

Then find a new job that doesn't require this scam to work there.
