Just left Tucumcari NM. Deliver 7am in Long Beach with my expensive BH meat that’s going to be ever more expensive by the time it arrives in Honolulu, Lahaina and Maui.

    Hey... that did the trick...
and now I have a Fade Option as well

    Thanks!!!

I looked through the Volvo manual but it didn’t give too many details, or I missed it.

    JohnBoy Thanks this.

What? They won’t let you take it the rest of the way??? Having a three stop in HI is something few OTR guys have on their resume... lol

Years back at around 1997 I went to an orientation for a company that I won't mention here. The guy giving the orientation said... "Never take our trucks with a load into a boat; Specially one going out of the United States"
Reason why he said this was because two rookie drivers ended up in a freight boat and the last "Pin signal" the company got from the truck was in the middle of the Pacific Ocean!
Of course when the company paid to get them back hey where both fired.

I just pulled over because of that. Was gonna drive another 2 hours before stopping, but I've been getting blown all over the road. Only hauling 9000lbs, so not much holding me to the asphalt if the wind gets heavy.

Fortunately, delivery appointment isn't until 10:00am tomorrow, and I am a mere 4 hours away. Hopefully the weather will have changed its mind by 6:00am tomorrow.

    Silverdriver Thanks this.
