Surely you see those fellas all the time down your way, Shogun. Seems any time I'm in the southeast I see a handful of them... loading 500 pounds of crap in a 100 pound truck bed. o_O

Oh yes. One of my all time favorite arrests was for a guy loading a pickup bed full of stolen scrap metal on his uncle’s property. It was several hundred pounds of metal he said he could take, but the uncle showed up and said the guy couldn’t have any of it. He was a well known thief.

I was content to let the uncle sign charges for larceny, right up until the thief told me he was waiting to get approved for his disability check. I said you want disability and you loaded this truck and trailer with scrap metal? Yessir. Ok, youre under arrest for suspended license, no tag, and no insurance ($1500 in fines or so). Then his uncle came down and signed charges, 6 months later Mr. Disability was still in jail serving time for the fines.

Well duh. They're obviously not packaged with the magic smoke that's pumped into the yellow boxes before they're sealed up. It's why the prices are so high.

I just found it awesome that the logo and part number was printed on a f'n o-ring. It was worth $6 just to see that. For what it's worth, it was undamaged out of the package and was a prefect fit for that year's IAC oil pressure sensor.
