Unlikely. It's not as if they are legal with regards to pay. Why would one think they would be legal in other areas?

The above purely mathematical analysis doesn't factor in the likelihood of reoffending while in my truck. In other words, he's made bad decisions before and is likely to do so again but he won't do it in my truck.Last edited: May 1, 2019

Companies here will take a driver back as soon as he gets his cdl reinstated, at least I know of a couple that they have. BUT I doubt a new hire would be able to get in with them with a dui.

No excuse. Once you have a CDL drunk driving shouldn’t even cross your mind. Likely something that they do a lot... only caught once. Don’t mess with your career, call an uber.
